Kids borne outside uk. Family moved to UK

Father got settled and subsequently become british citizen. Mother got ILR. Kids age: 6 years now and are on global talent dependent visa. They dont have ILR.

If I apply for citizenship _ will it be a failed case beacuse kids need to have ILR? Its in line with parents case.
