Hi! My husband (born in US) is working on getting his Mexican Citizenship through his mom (born in Mexico, Mexican citizen). I'm due with our first child in July and we're thinking we won't be able to get all of the paperwork done before that. Can our children still get dual citizenship even if my husband isn't a Mexican citizen at the time of their birth?
