Testing out the Off Grid Scorpius 22 vs the AB Little Bird on super 22lr ammo. Not doing sub sonics (CCI quiets) because it all sounded the same to me. Crazy on how a rifle shooting supers is louder than pistol because of the extra barrel length.
So the Scorpius is quieter than the Little Bird. It has no first round pop and no blow back in my face as you see/hear in the video vs the Little Bird. I also put on PTR Spiritus on just for fun and it of coursed performed well.
Shooting on a FN502. I had zero issues with the gun, issues with some ammo though. But overall very happy with it.
The AB Little Bird isn't bad, you can tune it, which I haven't done yet. But it sounds a little bit louder than the Scorpius after the FRP. I should have fired both suppressors up next to the berm like I did with the PTR but oh well.
Very impressive with the Scorpius. But on rifles shooting supers, both AB and Scorpius sound the same.
