As the title says. I’ve been reading Kingdom for ages and it’s one of my top mangas. Have some friends that would love the story and I would like to recommend Kingdom to them, but they aren’t big manga readers. I’ve heard mixed things about the anime, most related to animation, but from screenshots and thumbnails it seems like the later seasons have gotten better.

Overall, is the anime worth watching? Both for myself as a manga only reader for Kingdom up to this point, and for my friends who have never read the manga?
