Biggest glowdown ever, i'm genuinely sad M23

I don't know exactly what happened between these 2 pictures. It's been 9 months apart. I'm not saying I looked perfect before, I'm not delusional. But the difference is... well, a shame. I'm just looking to get some encouragement.

I look so.. tired these days? Bloated, fatter, more recessed, more under eye hollow. Nose is crooked and mandible softer.

My lifestyle hasn't been the best, I suffer from social anxiety. I'm introverted. However, I have been going to gym and haven't eaten a lot, so this is most likely not fat gain.

I have been neglecting my POSTURE. Head is always forward, and socially I'm anxious so I like to keep a low profile and always look down/hunch.

But I find it hard to believe, that bad posture can destroy a whole face like this, in less than a year.

Other than that, my tongue posture has been the same.. so I'm really confused by all of this. I don't know where to start working.

You could really save my life here, seriously. Any advice, any explanation... you could be pulling me out from this.

Please don't make fun of me, as I said I'm already an anxious person...

God bless you

Excuse the long text but it's important for context.

Hello guys. As title says, its exactly 6 weeks as of today.

I'm asking for help, as the results have been underwhelming. Although maybe none can give me a definitive answer, I will do my best to provide context:

  1. It's liquid LGD, 7 mg/day. Website included a batch test.

  2. Brand: Endogenic LGD 4033 (some Swiss company, reputable).

  3. Body goal: recomp. Hence, calories have been in a deficit. Some days even a big deficit (500+). Very heavy protein though.

  4. Starting weight: 73.5 kg. Current weight: 75 kg. Very ironic, considering I've been cutting. And I'm 100% sure I was.

  5. If the increase of weight is glycogen/slight muscle gain - it is a good sign, however, the mirror shows absolutely zero changes to indicate that. If I would look at a picture of my starting point and a picture of now, I wouldn't be able to tell them apart.

  6. Strength gains: the biggest positive indicator. Hasn't been linear, but every other workout maybe around 1.5 kg added, in the beginning set.

  7. Suppression: no idea tbh. Balls still work, libido is okay. Maybe a slight dip of energy lately, but that could simply be due to losing motivation.

  8. Original plan was 8 weeks but I will most likely be extending it to 10.

My QUESTION to you lads: What would you do from here on out? For example, trust the process? Or raise the calories/switch something else?

Personally, I'm starting to regret going low on calories. Maybe a maintenance recomp would have been the way.

Please don't insult me, I did my research before, but I'm asking for guidance..
