2015 vs 2018 1.4l Multiair head oil screen location help?

Learned the multiair system is like the motors intake valve camshaft, controlled by good oil pressure. Seem a common failure point on this motor is old oil clogging this filter or oil lines and starving the turbo its oil or damaging valves via multiair system losing oil pressure. It not being in the scheduled maintenance book is INSANE to me.

Did an oil change this weekend on the Jeep Renegade 1.4l and wanted to clean out this oil screen with some mass air sensor cleaner. From what i have been able to learn from a Ross Perry youtube vid on a 2015 Renegade and loads of Fiat 500 Abarth videos. The oil screen is just underneath the plastic cam belt cover. In his version the metal area near motor mount, beneath the cover, is flat and he can easily access his oil screen. (Picture 1)

When I look at my 2018 version (Picture 2) there seems to be a metal bracket, that is not a part of the cam belt cover, but part of the motor mount blocking the spot were I think the oil screen located.

Can anyone that has done this service on a 2018+ enlighten me how to plan and do this maintenance properly? Is this a left side steering vs right side steering issue?
