We pay our mortgage outside of my chapter 13 plan. I looked at a statement the other day and the mortgage company charged a $380 bankruptcy fee? Has anyone experienced this? Our mortgage is with freedom. I am going to reach out to my attorney but am surprised on this especially since the mortgage isn’t even being paid by the trustee..

Did anyone’s household size change during Ch. 13? I am in a chapter 13 100% plan by myself - my husband is not included in any of the debts. I am now 12 weeks pregnant. Our household size and expenses are obviously going to change once the baby arrives. If you experienced a similar situation, at one point did you alert your attorney and how did it go?
