Does anyone know where this pic of Frodo and Sam was shot? I don't remember it from the movies 🤔

M36, 6'5", 100kg(220lb).

Struggling to get my biceps to have that "full" look as in right down to my elbow pits.

I think it's because my arms are so long.

I do hammer curls every arms workout. Anything else I should be doing?

The 2 photos are a regular grip tense and a hammer grip tense. TIA
