The World You Built By Moon Walker Lyrics analysis
Warning !!! While these lyrics can relate to any extremism in religion Extreme Christians are the first ones I though of when I heard these lyrics. My analysis is based on extreme Christian culture as that what I connected to lyrics right away. Also their might be typos because this writing from my notes app that was more of a rant for myself intentionally.
The first 4 lyrics are saying like extreme Christians or just extreme religious people if your not part of them like there community and may not follow Christ or god then they could care less about you since you “asked for you “ and if you don’t follow Christ then you will go to hell which is why they are basically saying that you asked for it since you don’t follow their beliefs. That’s when they care about your little actions like since they want to “save you “ and criticize any little thing that doesn’t follow their beliefs are if your not as religious and you will get scolded. And whatever a bad person is a bad person they say they need Christ or someone who doesn’t follow their beilief they say you need to Christ and that “ you need god” or “ I’m praying for you” “ I just want to see you in heaven “ which has like superiorness to it . Like they think because they belief is that Christ is the only god that means they are right when the truth is nobody every one will know if there any god or what’s the right one since our brains aren’t supposed to be able to compherhand and it’s really a unmeasurable thing which why science will never be able to prove or not prove it
The last 4 sentences are completely opposite of what the first 4 sentences are saying . It’s showing the hypocrisy of extreme Christians word and show these type of Christian’s or religious people empathy is one sided and conditional when you put all the lyrics together. These sentences reflect that once it’s one of there own kind the things they were criticizing non Christians doesn’t matter because they followed Christ and as long as you repent and bring Christ In your life even if it’s your were the world worst person . It’s saying even if your a horrible person with no morals and no forgiven as long as you
Repent and give your life to Christ you’ll be marked off as someone who took Christ in your life and now get the blessing of going to heaven
