Anybody in sales tried working a deal that sucks the life out of you? How to cope?

I’m in the field of IT sales. We have solution architects, engineers, and consultants usually involved in the sales cycle.

Recently, there’s been a lot of resignations (id say due to burnout) in our organization. And i’m in the middle of a huge bidding for a conglomerate in our region.

Basically i dread going to work over this account. My revenues are dipping. I’m always exhausted. I can’t see how management is supporting me to win anymore. Is this something that happens in sales? How to copy? Is resignation the only solution??? (Jk the work pays)
