Exterior Basement Waterproofing

Purchased a home last year and the previous owner had interior drain tile and 2 more sump pumps put in. One of the sump pumps was tied into the septic (idk why). My down spout drainage pipes are old and one is definitely broken so I jerryrigged a downspout extension to “fix” it until I can excavate and update all of them to thicker pipe.

My question is, has anyone recently had their basement exterior walls re waterproofed and how much did that cost? I live in Northern Ohio. 3-4 in of top soil then clay/sand below that.

Thank you for your time.
