▲ 1 r/recruiting
Recruitment nowadays feels like a full-time job of switching between tools' dashboards.
LinkedIn for sourcing.
ATS for pipeline.
Slack for communication.
Email for outreach.
Calendly for scheduling.
Gem/Ashby/Greenhouse/Lever for notes.
Sheets for tracking.
Notion for process docs.
Zoom/Meet for interviews.
Then another AI tool to summarize calls.
Then another AI tool to rewrite outreach.
At some point the actual “recruiting” part becomes secondary to navigating tabs and syncing data between tools.
Right now a recruiter’s workflow looks like airport traffic control.
