Garmin Forerunner 255 dodgy hr readings during easy cycle
I did an easy 10k cycle at 21kph, hr was way too low and went all over the place then went down to 60,
I was wearing my watch properly, it did slide down my wrist one time but fixed it. I should just get a proper monitor at this point it’s really annoying.
I do like looking at the stats of my runs etc.
