I received an email asked me to very my indentity using the new background check platform. But when it scans my ID it switched the first last and middle name. My last name is at the end of my name, so there is no way it is my middle name, and my name is composed, so it switched their position and put the name that is at the beginning of my name at the end and the one in the middle at the beginning, and the last name was parsed as the middle name, while my name is clearly written as X Y Z, but it is parse Y X Z, and flagged my name as inconsistent with my ID.

Will this be checked by a human? Because the image parsing system is definitely broken.
