Commercial operations and finance professional within pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. I have been unemployed for some time and have been actively applying the last few months and have gotten no response rate from my resume. All my three roles are within the same company. What can I do to improve how my experience is being positioned ? I always get feedback that you need quantifiable achievements in every bullet point however not all work and impact can be measured that way, especially for how my role progression was in this org.
