Before my parents passed, they decided that the child that took care of them in their old age would be the one to inherit the house. They did not trust lawyers or the government so they just put the child who swore up and down that they would take care of them on the deed upon death. Problem is, that sibling never came through which forced another sibling to do all the work. Is there a case to get the house from the brother that didn’t actually deserve it?
