Will I get my score tomorrow? And is the scheduling permit disappearing still a thing? Mine is still there but this is the third Wednesday so I just need this to be over lol

When should I expect my score report to come out? Really not feeling great about it. I had good nbmes and free 120 (average around 75) and I ended up flagging more than 100 questions and i definitely missed questions I didn’t flag either. Am I cooked?
