Trader Joe's (along with ALDI and LIDL) is European-Owned
Just a tip, mainly for those on here who, like me, are trying to buy non-US stuff even while living in MAGAland.
I figure lots of people already know ALDI (and LIDL) are European, but I didn't know Trader Joe's was owned by other people in the ALDI family who have a feud with the ALDIl group.
Obviously there's a case for buying local instead of sending money to beefing billionaires, but if you do put the boycott first, in my experience (admittedly, mainly with ALDI) a lot of the products these stores sell are themselves sourced from Canada, Europe, Morocco, etc.
