I basically want to take calc III before semester starts, so that I will directly get into core engineering (I already took calc 1 and 2), skipping the calculus series. Is it doable? I am international student so the only way would be to take online university courses? Has anyone done this and has courses to recommend? Does UCSB accept credits from online college courses?
Basically I am thinking about the concept of ‘time’ and its complexity for few weeks, yet have an understanding and grasp from informal resources like youtube and some other media.
Are there any resources (books, website, youtube,…) that you can suggest me to deep dive into this concept of time?
Thanks
ETH remains my top option for now and I already pass the requirements for 38 points from IB excluding the +2. However I didn't study a language A HL, I did instead language B HL. So from that nuance I am unable to penetrate though the entrance exam, which I really don't want to take. What are my alternative paths to get in to ETH. Can I take single handedly Language A HL seperate from my diploma in another examination session?
I really need advice. Anyone who share experiences will be very thanked.
What are the options that are optimal for a freshmen incoming student who has a little understanding of the campus. Some priorities are good gym/ good food and proximity to places. Also Single room if possible.
How did y'all solve this question, I tried to find the maximum gradient of the graph but I expect something more complicated for 3 marks. Image is representation, not fully accurate
Hello, My son just commited to UCSB as an EE major and he wants be involve in research specifically in physics and quantum. As he will be freshmen, how possible is this in the first year. Should he go talk to proffesors or otherwise how can he find his enviroment to do so. Anyone who share experience will be very helpfull.
Thanks.
Anyone here interested in soccer? I am an incoming freshmen and wonder if I can just pull of to play an informal soccer game with the student body. Are there fields for this, or soccer-wise is this school a bit of dormant?
