Hi everyone

I’m currently an extern on a medicine unit at a hospital that claims they’re undergoing a hiring freeze. I just graduated and set to take the NCLEX in a few months.

My goal in the end is to land a full time job. There’s currently an opening available for a full time position on my unit. Is it worth a shot to apply knowing that I didn’t take my NCLEX yet? Is there a loophole that can be done for the position to be held until I take my NCLEX? Does anyone have any suggestions or tips to landing a full time position? Feels like it’s so hard nowadays to land a position 🫤
