Hey everyone, looking for some insight into the Amazon hiring pipeline for experienced lateral hires in India.

I recently went through the SDE-1 interview loop. The process was quite prolonged—I’m currently at Day 25 post-final round. Throughout this time, communication has been sparse.(dont have the HR's Email and and getting no reply form loopscheduler email - was used to schedule the interviews)

Yesterday, I received the 'Candidate Experience Survey' email at night. However, when I check my Amazon job portal, the status for the application still says 'Under Consideration.'

I am curious about my result, the interviews went fine(good i mean), i am hoping for a positive response, wanted to ask till when can i expect the results and as it has been a lot fo time has anybody received a positive feedback after such a long delay.(25-30 days )
