How to know if ready to test?

Hi Guys, I have read a lot of posts on here about scores and passing boards. Congrats to all who have recently passed. As a recent graduate, I am trying to pick a date and decide when I am ready to take the test. I know it's likely that I will never “feel ready,” but I'm debating whether to schedule for next week or the following week, most likely.

I have primarily been studying with Apex. I have gone through the modules 2-3x now and have done the mock and domain exams. The domain exams vary, but I find most of them to be very challenging. I have used Smart Bank and feel like I have recently turned the corner, gotten my percentage up, and have been doing much better. (Mid 60’s). I have gone through about all of it. I have used some of Prodigy, too, but the questions just seem more basic. I am just concerned because my SEE score in January was only 415. I have read a lot on here saying it's harder than NCE. I feel like the SEE and especially the smart bank are memorizing facts from the modules, which I hope NCE is not like that.

Some of my other scores for reference:

PPE exam 1 63%

PPE exam 2 67%

PPE exam 3 64%

Mock Exam 1 64%

Mock Exam 2 59%

Mock exam 3 62%

Mock exam 4 65%

Mock exam 5 74%

I feel like these are just average scores, but I'm not sure what I should do. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
