I was put on MMI a year and a half ago I went to workers comp IME and my attorneys IME, WC gave me a rating of 7.5% and my attorney doctor gave me a 58% rating, they made an offer at 25% rating with no back pay and we asked for back pay so we declined 3 months ago, haven’t heard nothing since. What would be the next steps? My attorneys no good can’t get ahold of him, I was also thinking about hiring a new attorneys but I feel like it’s too late and would I still have to give him 20% from my settlement?
