To everyone whose shipping hasn't updated : You should track your merch before it goes missing
Just posting this to share informed
I received the shipping notification email in early April, but there were zero updates on the Glitch site after that.
I figured, "Wow, it’s taking forever," so I decided to check the tracking number directly through the international courier’s website.
To my surprise, it said my package was already "Delivered."
The problem is, I never got a single text or call when it arrived. and now, my package is in lost.
If your tracking status looks stuck like mine, use your tracking number to find out exactly where your items are ASAP. It could be lost like mine.
!!They don't update the delivery at all!!
Just a heads-up: contacting their customer support is pretty much useless. I haven't email back from them in a month🤦♂️
