our standup meetings kept starting late so I built a tracker + standup reports. Free beta, want teams to use it and give feedback

A few weeks ago I posted in r/scrum about the "let's give it two more minutes" thing that happens at the start of every standup. It got 63K views and 91 comments, mostly people describing the exact same morning I was having. So the problem is real, at least.

I've been building app.agilow.ai around it. Two things it does right now:

Punctuality tracking. It nudges everyone before standup and tracks when the meeting actually starts vs when it was supposed to. That gap is usually invisible until you measure it.

Standup reports. In the hour before standup, everyone drops their yesterday / today / blockers in the app. By the time the call starts, the whole team already knows where everyone is, so the meeting is for solving things instead of reciting them. Unfinished tasks roll over into the next day automatically, blockers stick around until someone resolves them, and every day's standup is saved so nothing gets lost.

We are aiming to work with robotics teams shipping hardware on hard deadlines, which is where messy standups quietly turn into late deliveries. Reports shipped this week. What comes next depends on what early teams complain about.

It's free right now. Setup is a couple of minutes: create a team, set your standup time, share the invite link. Works as a PWA with push notifications.

our standup starts with "let's give it two more minutes" every single day and i think it's making things worse

remote team, standup at 9:00. every morning the SM goes "let's give it a couple minutes for the others" and now the real start is like 9:05-ish. the people who show up on time just sit there waiting

i don't want to go async, the live call is the whole point for us. and i don't want to start tracking who's late, that's a great way to make everyone hate standup even more.

so what's left? just starting without them? i wanna know what's worked for y'all because right now it feels like the choices are to nag people or ignore it.
