Nerve/muscle pain?

I’ve had this weird pain by my left ribcage ever since 2 DPO and I’m currently 9 DPO. I would describe it as pulling/burning/stabbing pain and it comes and goes. Feels like it’s right under the skin. I’ve noticed it’s worse if I tense up or stretch the muscle there. My painkillers don’t work for this pain. Has anyone else experienced this? I basically have no other pain other than this.

Bleeding at drain site

Worst pictures ever but has anyone experienced this? I’m 4 days post op and it’s been trickling blood for the past 6 hours

Recovery

Day 2 post op was brutal and I just kept thinking why I even did this. That’s when I realized that I just need to stay on top of my pain meds. Today is day 3 and I slept so good last night after only sleeping 2 hours the night before. Feeling so much better mentally and physically. I have burning, stinging pain in my abdomen from the MR and my skin reattaching to the muscle, but the meds really help with that. Pretty much no pain at the incision. I called the office twice yesterday because everything was waking up and I had anxiety about the sensations I was feeling. I keep telling myself it will be worth it!

I did it!!

I will be sharing results! I was terrified last night and this morning and rethinking everything. But I went through with the TT and MR this morning. This was my belly at 16 weeks pregnant with my 4th baby and I hadn’t even eaten yet! I was HUGE at the end of every pregnancy except for my first. The separation never closed even after physical therapy and today I found out it’s because I had an outie belly button which usually means I had a baby umbilical hernia all my life and every baby pushed on it and made it worse. This would explain the burning sensation just above my belly button during pregnancy. I was prescribed Journavx and no pain, just soreness. I would also compare it to light period cramps but higher up? Probably due to MR. I picked a surgeon that does the cutest belly buttons and ultra thin scars. He discarded mine and I’m getting a new one 6 weeks post op ❤️ I’ll be sharing my journey and I’m so excited to see the results!!
