Disclosure: I’m involved in UrbanCheck.

We’re developing UrbanCheck to help buyers find and understand information about a specific property before buying, including cadastral information and planning reports for Marbella.

If you already have a property in mind, you can explore the tool here: https://www.urbancheck.eu/en?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=community&utm_campaign=marbella_launch

We’re looking for feedback from international buyers: what information have you struggled to find about a property you’re considering? For example, its cadastral details, planning information, or what you might be able to build on a plot.

The aim is to make property information easier to understand. A report does not guarantee a building licence or replace the professional checks needed for a purchase.

Happy to explain what the tool covers and hear which questions would make it more useful.

I kept running into the same problem: if I missed a match, finding the highlights usually meant seeing the score in the title or thumbnail first. So I built NoSpo to collect official highlight videos in one place, add them as soon as they become available, and hide scores, titles and thumbnails by default.

It currently covers LaLiga, Segunda, Champions League, Premier League and Bundesliga. If you do not care about spoilers, there is a Spoilers ON switch that removes the protections.

It is free and does not require registration: https://getnospo.com/

Some official videos may be geo-restricted depending on the visitor's country. I would really appreciate honest feedback, especially about the first impression, the mobile experience and anything that would stop you coming back.

Buenas.

Muchas gracias!
