- I’m sorry for coming here to ask but I really wanted an experts opinion on this and I didn’t know who else to ask 😅~ Hello I am planning on going into electrical engineering and am planning on buying a laptop. I found that Windows is recommended for its stable and versatile use in many applications as they are often designed for Windows but will I be fine with other brands such as Lenov, Hp, Dell, or Microsoft? I am looking for affordable computers under $600. I need something that can run smoothly and will last me a long time. Thank you 🙏 any advice helps
