Best strategy for successful T2M after rejection

Rising sophomore who unfortunately found out today that I wasn’t accepted for ME. I would appreciate guidance from those of you that were in my shoes. What was more successful, retaking classes that I got lower grades in , or trying to take as many classes as possible in ME and doing well, or both? I got a C- in calc 3 and. C + in chem. tested out of calc 1 and 2. I’m taking linear over the summer. final GPA was 3.08. this has been my dream and I’m just devastated.

I was just wondering if anyone who is currently in a sorority would be able to share any insight about how sophomore PNM’s are viewed. Is it viewed as a negative thing? I had a really rough year, a family member died unexpectedly and I had pretty bad health issues. I wasn’t able to get it very involved on campus because it took all I had to do well as a FYE. I’m just nervous my lack of involvement will be perceived in a negative light.
