I have a loan from hdfc where emi is debited from salary account which is axis Bank.

The emi was successfully paid from my axis account and the axis statement reflects the same. However, hdfc marked the money as unpaid and marked the hdfc account which I usually maintain with 0 balance with negative balance equal to my emi.

Hdfc support is not helpful, they just ask to wait. What should I do ?
