Been on tirz 2 years. Maintenance for about a year on 10 mg. I do notice a difference in effectiveness. Still sooo much better than where I was, but I just get worried sometimes. I actually just went up to 12.5 and I really noticed a difference. Will I have to go up every few years to continue to effectiveness?

Just having a lot of anxiety about money and the rest of my life on the medication.

I have been at 10 for about a year and maintained. I just requested to go up to 12.5. Will I need to continue this dose to maintain a new (hopefully lower) weight or would I be able to titrate back down?
