I’ve used several plant identification apps which suggested that this tree was an American Elm or a Siberian Elm. However, when I did a reverse Google image search using these pictures, it looked very similar to a Princeton Elm.

If I had to guess, this tree is probably 5 - 6 years old based on when this house was built/first homeowners and when we bought it. This is located in zone 8a — Atlanta, USA
