Hi ! For those of you that have had your hardware removed, were you told pre op that that was part of the plan ? Or did post op things happen that the surgeon felt removal would be best? How far out from original surgery did you have hardware removed?
I know there are many different types of fractures and repairs out there. My surgeon stated pre op my hardware is going to stay in place. TIA
