Virtually nothing to go on but….

Looking for a pre-1990 track.

Heard in a car in the UK around 1989/1990.

Owner was into CB radio, sci-fi and Captain Scarlet.

Track felt futuristic and electronic, with a beat.

Repeated “shhhhhhh” sound effect throughout, which I interpreted as a rocket/space-ship.

Possible female spoken voice doing a countdown or mission-control style announcements.

Not believed to have been a radio hit.

Similar sort of vibe to tracks that might appear on Power Themes 90, but not one of the known tracks from that album.
