Do C's really get degrees?

Trying to navigate how college EVERYTHING works as a rising senior who's parents never went to university and I have no idea what's going on. in need of advice here. I am currently 17 and studying with an advanced studies diploma going at a normal public high school; hoping to major in either business or English. I have been a solid A/B student with a strong list of extracurriculars, great relationships with teachers, strong lists of activities and leaderships for years both in and outside of school. I wouldn't say im the strongest applicant who's ever lived but im involved over half of the honors societies active in my school (with plans to apply to another one or two in the coming year), lots of good club leadership and membership, beta club and NHS and everything in between.

I have one problem: I am a complete and udder failure at math. I have been since freshman year, though im in fairly rigorous classes even for that subject, since my parents pushed me for double acceleration. I tried studying with friends, asking my teachers, getting expensive tutors, the works. I took honors advanced precalc 1 & 2 freshman and sophomore year, earning a 70 and a 67 as my final grades, respectively. Currently finishing off Honors calc at a strong (ha) 65 for the year. I, like I said have maintained As and Bs in all of my other classes, 6 of those across my student career being AP classes with considerably high rigor, though I have yet to see how I did on my exams. my current SAT is a 1280, but im taking the June one with a lot of studying to hopefully score better (my practice tests are saying im at a 1360-1410 across a few of the tests but im gonna keep practicing). My current unweighted gpa is a 3.7, though im not sure when it will update with this year's grades.

My current dream school is University of Richmond, has been since I was a kid. I know its kind of a prestigious school but I've always wanted to go there and I feel it would be an amazing fit for the college lifestyle I want to live. I don't think id be heartbroken if I didn't get in, at least not forever, but it is the school I want above all others. Other schools im considering are Virginia Tech, JMU, High Point, maybe William & Mary and George Mason, but still looking at other options. I do have a few questions for knowledgeable folk:

Is it a realistic possibility to get into this school?

Would applying for early decision be a way to boost my chances?

What can I do in these circumstances to boost my application as much as possible? (taking calc AB next year with confidence that I'll be able to handle it)

Thank so much! I'd be happy to answer any follow up questions and appreciate any and all advice!

edit: idk what info I was supposed to but looking at other posts on here: I got a 4 on my ap euro exam last year and every class I've taken that wasn't an AP besides 2 or 3 electives were honors.
