Affordable Euthanasia for Cats

Hi, I found a 6 week old kitten that's sick, the peaceful option seems to be euthanasia.

Please don't comment if you're going to judge about the euthanasia choice, with cost of care and shelters full this is the best option, believe me I do not want to do this but unless someone steps up that's willing to pay for treatment and vetting, which could end up in the thousands because of his eye, euthanasia is the gentle option.

I can't find places with up front pricing online, I have a soft spot for him now so I cant just take him to a shelter like BARC. I also cant pay more than around $100

Anyone have recommendations? Thanks in advance

Women in Car Sales - What do you love and hate about it, what's your tips for success?

30F and I recently received an offer for a dealership in my city. Coming from retail management, I already see some engagement opportunities at the location but they do have a new GM and Sales manager. Their current sales team is mostly less than a year into the industry and they all look tired and hopeless, or "too busy to talk to you" vibes from their seasoned guys.
One of the sales reps warned me that he came from another industry and he wasn't prepared for the hustle of the car sales industry, he said he normally works 60 hours a week sometimes more.
He also looked shocked when I told him I was making $70k salary as a retail manager before bonuses.
The sales manager told me I could make double my retail salary in a year but it would require a lot of hours. I keep reading that the more time you put in the more money you get out, and I get that to some extent but I value a work life balance and I'm just cocky enough to think I can do it in 45 hrs a week or less. The dealership is Honda so I kinda feel like they'll sell themselves, if the sales team is working that much is that a red flag or normal? I know the industry is tough right now because of the economy but I live in a pretty big metropolitan area so I don't see why they'd have to spend that much time on the job, forgive me if i sound ignorant. I'm open to

Ladies in car sales, did you have to hustle and grind long hours? What were you least prepared for going into this industry? What do you love/hate about it? And what's your tips to be successful as a lady in the industry?
