I (16M) Noticed my upper right canine had gum recession a couple of months ago and wanted to get feed back and help on it. Is this amount of recession still treatable? Does it look like there would be any bone loss? Haven’t gone to the dentist yet but am on the waitlist. It’s caused me to have anxiety due to the constant uncertainty around it, also because it feels like I have to hide it when I talk. I have been researching the internet on treatment and have seen that a lot of people get gum grafts for localized recession, but a lot of them don’t get great results and they often fail, so if you have gotten the procedure any feedback would be great.
