Someone please tell me what it feels like to have Inflammation in the lungs.. I feel like i’m in my head a lot but also what if something is really wrong? i’m terrified to go to the dr and get a chest x ray. my symptoms are cough sometimes with little to no mucus, I gave myself severe health, anxiety about my lungs and my breathing so I’m always taking deep breaths throughout the day to make sure I can breathe but now I can’t tell the difference between if I’m struggling to breathe a deep breath or if it’s anxiety my chest doesn’t feel heavy but my back is so sore and under my bra line is sore to the touch
