It says we are modernizing VHA’s structure to reduce bureaucracy, strengthen accountability and deliver a more consistent, unified experience for Veterans across the system. I think it’s a RIFs approach.

RISE will be implemented throughout 2027 and into 2028.

When we go to the RISE website it clearly says

“Directed by Executive Order 14210, RISE streamlines VHA’s structure and process to support simpler, more effective healthcare system. “

The Executive Order reference in their plan means they are getting ready to give VA employees hard time again.
