So have anyone Else tried raising mercenaries in occupied areas Whille at war , I have tried it few times and , every single time the premium for hiring is extracted from my account but they just dont spawn ??? Anyone Else tried this bullshit, am I doing somthing wrong or is the game just bugged, it works just fine in my core areas ??
