Hi guys! I'm preparing to apply for the Global Talent visa (Exceptional Promise – Visual Arts) and have a question about award terminology.

I have an international award, but instead of being listed as a nominee, I was shortlisted as a finalist. Will this weaken my application or be rejected outright, since the language doesn't explicitly say "nomination"?

Has anyone had a similar experience and if so, how did you frame it in your application? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
