
Degrading in pulling shot
So I recently received a Gaggia classic e24 for Christmas, during this time I have been making great coffee but as of lately though maybe a month or so I’ve noticed that I cannot seem to be pulling the same amount of shots like I did before. Each shot I’ve tried, I’ve had to grind my coffee coarser and coarser just to pull at least a descent shot and this is with the same coffee beans (no change there). I’ve noticed that it’s taking much longer than the 20s to 25s as recommended.
The image I’m showing is basically as far as it goes, it will build up but then it takes almost 30second or more just to even get a few drips into the coffee cup and even then it would just drip and not get a good flow like I used to. Video of a pull.

The one thing it feels like the pressure when pulling the shot doesn’t feel like it did when it was brand new, it feels like it’s dropping significantly and all my shots have been the same. Almost no pressure.
What could the issue be?
