The photo is a hunter woman taking a selfie in a suv style vehicle (I believe). In the back of the suv is a deer or other medium sized ungulate commonly hunted. Next to the "deer" is (presumably) her son, shirtless flexing every bone in his body while crying and looking up at the ceiling. I cannot stress how goblinesque and mutated the son looks in his fit of terror.
