4-day RTO hack
Ok, so I'm assuming that most state workers will either take Fridays or Mondays as their WFH day - let's say >80%. Let's say that one's supervisor/management all elect Monday as their WFH day, and you take Fridays. You just hacked your way into a 3-day RTO (unless there's office narcs- in which case, snitches get stitches...)
