A few year ago I watched this really schlocky horror movie, where this elderly woman sells weed to young people, but kidnaps one of them to eat them while they are alive? for some reason I remember the scene where she cuts the dudes penis off and feeds it to her dog, eventually sucking the soul out of them and becoming fully young, but for the life of me i cant find it, and was wondering if any of you can help? any help is greatly appreciated, and thank you all for your time!
