I need help

I have had a chalazion on my right eyelid since December, I started using warm compress and it only made it bigger then it popped and drained a lot but my eye still has a chalazion bump on it. What do I do, I don’t want to use a hot compress because I don’t want it to get bigger again. Should I try go for the surgery or is there something else I can do??

3 Days ago vs today. My chalazion swelled up a lot and the doctor popped it and gave me eye ointment to be using and it has gotten a lot better. Should I poke another hole in my eyelid to push the oil out or should I just use hot compress method to finish the job?

My eyelid in the second picture suffered burns while I was using the hot steam method.
