Do alters block pet NPCs from spawning?
Recently found Shorewatch and decided to make it our new home. After clearing all the scavengers we plopped an alter down in the middle and upgraded it to level 4. However we hadn't tamed Pom Pom Jr before doing this. I've now searched the entire area and have not found him. Does that mean we would have to pull up our alter and let things respawn in order to be able to tame him?
