i'm trying my hardest to get this combo right but i cant do it!!! what am i doing wrong?

i saw the video TGC just uploaded and he explains the combo precisely, and im following it STEP BY STEP

charge attack before burst, then quickly do a charge attack DURING the burst, then do the finisher cancels .. why is my Citlali melting instead?! what am i doing wrong exacly?! i tried everything but i cant seem to get ANY of her melt combos right!!! i can do the insane animation cancels perfectly with overload, but i cant do THIS?! what kinda skill issue is this lmao?!

please, someone help :')
