Temu Canada

Hello, I live in Toronto and I have security camera footage showing a delivery driver taking my Temu package after marking it as delivered and taking the delivery photo. I reported the incident to the delivery company and Temu, but they continue to claim the package was successfully delivered despite the video evidence.

I contacted both Straightship and Temu multiple times by phone and email and provided the video evidence. However, they continue to claim that the package was successfully delivered. It feels as though they are ignoring the situation and defending the courier's actions instead of properly investigating what happened. I have not received my package or a refund for the money I paid. At this point, the value of the items inside the package is not important to me anymore. What matters is preventing situations like this from continuing in the future. Incidents like this are becoming more common in Canada, yet many people feel that nobody is held responsible.

:This happened to a Toronto resident, not me.
