Sewage Pump Issue?

Hey Plumbers!

I have a weird issue - we moved into this house about 5 years ago and haven’t had any issues. The house is on a slab, and we have this sewage pump that is hooked up to our washer and a sink in our laundry room.

Ever so often that thing kicks on and you hear a whole gush of water. But no real issues. Except the air vent for it goes outside and into a shed (that I believe the prior homeowners built onto the house. This air vent has started to put out a bit of water every so often. Not a lot of water, maybe a cup or so. And it doesn’t really smell like sewage or anything.

I know I likely need to vent this up and out of my house, and I intend to do so. But is the pump potentially bad, or is there a clog perchance? I’m worried being on a slab that it might be a clog in my sewer lines - am I in big trouble here or not a huge issue?
